Post-Care Tips for Your Healing Journey

Listen To Your Body
As your body adjusts to the energetic changes, it’s normal to experience emotional shifts such as fatigue, tearfulness, heightened sensitivity, or a sense of calm and peace. These responses are part of the healing process, so rest when needed an allow your emotions to flow freely without resistance.
Hydrate
Drink plenty of water to support your body’s energy integration. Water helps flush out toxins and assists in maintaining balance. Remaining hydrated helps your body to effectively process and integrate the energetic shifts.
Body Support Code
If you feel overwhelmed by the shifts, use the body support code 9797 0531 or your personal support code, if given. Set your intention to support your body's processing and repeat the code 3 to 7 times as needed to help ease the energy integration process.
Energetic Tattoo & Crystal Grid Connection
Your energetic tattoo or crystal grid will take about 3-5 days to reach its optimal strength. To enhance your bond and the healing energy, spend up to10 minutes each day for the next 5-7 days connecting with your tattoo or grid. Acknowledge the healing energy for its support and reaffirm your intention.
Given the multiple sessions included in the Deep Dive technique, healing will continue over the coming weeks. I recommend refraining from other forms of energy work during this month to allow the changes to
fully integrate.
Go Easy on Stimulants
Support the energy process by limiting alcohol, caffeine, and other stimulants for a few days as they can interfere with your body’s ability to process the energetic changes.
Affirmations for Reinforcement
Use your ‘Support Statement’ or ‘Powerhouse Affirmations’ we created and cleared during your session. Recite them daily for the next 3-5 days to reinforce your energetic shifts and support continued healing.
Integration Period
Healing continues beyond your session, often for days or weeks. During this time, it’s important to nurture yourself and allow your body to adjust. Pay attention to your needs—rest when necessary and engage in self-care practices that support your wellbeing. Embrace this period as an opportunity for personal growth and transformation, allowing the benefits of your sessions to fully integrate.
