Workshop Agreement
Self-Healer Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for enrolling in the Self Healer Workshop provided by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie. By enrolling in the course, you agree to the following:
1.
Course Content: You understand that the Self Healer Course provides tools and techniques for self-healing and personal growth, and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. You agree to use the techniques taught in the course solely for your own personal growth, and with the person's consent, on my immediate family, and close friends.

The concept of "energy healing" is a complex and multifaceted topic, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Therefore, it is essential to acknowledge that there are many different theories and ideas surrounding this subject. The information presented in this course is based on the perception and understanding of Cherie Jackson. However, it is crucial to note that this information should not be taken as an absolute truth, and you are encouraged to evaluate it critically and modify it according to your own beliefs, cultural background, and personal perception. Additionally, it is important to recognise that the efficacy of energy healing practices may vary from person to person, and results cannot be guaranteed. As such, it is recommended that you approach this course with an open mind and a willingness to explore different perspectives and ideas.

Intellectual Property: All materials provided to you during the course, including but not limited to course downloads, frequency codes, printouts, and videos, are the intellectual property of Metaphysical Coding with Cherie and may not be reproduced, distributed or shared without prior written permission. You agree not to sell or reproduce any part of the course content, either in its entirety or in part, for monetary gain or any other purpose without obtaining prior written permission from Metaphysical Coding with Cherie.

Refunds and Cancellation: You understand the no refund policy. For more information, see the 'Cancellation Policy'.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By enrolling in the Self Healer Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. You agree to comply with all rules and regulations pertaining to the course and its content. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not enrol in the course.
6.
Liability: I understand that Metaphysical Coding with Cherie and its instructors are not liable for any physical, emotional, psychological or financial injury or damage that may occur as a result of my participating in the course. I acknowledge that I am participating in this course voluntarily and at my own risk.
7.
Code of Conduct: You agree to uphold the Metaphysical Coding with Cherie Code of Ethics, focusing on promoting your personal wellbeing and respecting the boundaries of self and family. I expect all participants to maintain consideration and respect throughout the self-paced course. This includes refraining from any behaviour that may be perceived as disruptive or harmful to yourself or others. If any such behaviour is noted or reported, I reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to, removal from the course.
8.
Termination: Metaphysical Coding with Cherie reserves the right to end your enrolment in the online self-paced Self-Healer Course if you breach any terms of this agreement or engage in disrespectful or disruptive behaviour, including improper application of the self-healing techniques, whether for yourself or your family."
