My specialty is subconscious guided work that allows for expansive, in-depth work without conscious interruption. Sessions typically last between 75 to 90 minutes, tailored to address your body's specific needs at the time. Each session is thoughtfully personalised to suit your overall wellbeing and highest good. Through the transformation of energetic blocks into optimal positive energy, we work towards restoring balance and energy flow, fostering alignment of the body, mind, and soul. To solidify the changes we aim to achieve, I generally recommend a minimum of 3 sessions, allowing the subconscious to fully integrate the positive transformations we initiate. My sessions also include positive repatterning techniques designed to promote enduring positive changes and enhance your overall wellbeing. Session Includes: 1) Identification of priority energetic blocks linked to your focus. 2 ) Transformation of identified energetic blocks into optimal positive energy for your highest good. 3) Positive Repatterning - We complete the session with positive repatterning to provoke positive changes and enhance the changes made through embedding the positive energy of affirmations, reinforcements and encouragements.
