Cancellation Policy

Session Healing Policy Please note that all healing sessions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your appointment to another person — simply let me know before the session begins. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so your space can be offered to someone else. Rescheduled sessions may be booked within six months of your original appointment date. I understand that unexpected situations can arise. In special circumstances, a reschedule with less notice may be granted at my discretion. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honour the next client’s time. The full session fee still applies. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
