"I was processing through an intense trigger which I knew didn’t have to do with the friend who disappointed me. It just reminded me of my past rejections, turned downs, unreciprocated actions etc. I didn’t know I had this wall up until I felt it through this trigger. At that exact moment I found a review from Cherie's client she shared on Facebook about a friendship wall. I knew energy healing and energy work are powerful. I wasn’t sceptical at all. I knew this was it that I needed to get rid of that wall and all the trauma around it, because as she explained it works on a deeper level. I said the affirmations she gave me prior to the session out loud. The session itself was so powerful, my body didn’t resist anything it went along with the flow. "After my Inner Self Barrier Release session, the first 2 days honestly felt like I had received a full body attunement. The releasing that took place was simply wow! "I had the pleasure of attending an impromptu healing session with Cherie today. I have had problems with pain in my shoulder, especially across the trapezius muscle, probably due to poor posture as I often work without a desk. So, I am not always able to ergonomically alter my typing position whilst seated. Resulting in tight muscles and discomfort, I have often resorted to lengthy massage sessions and pain relief to assist, but unfortunately, they do not give full comfort. I also have confirmed the calcification of my psoas muscle on a recent CT, which results in lower abdominal discomfort that is not relieved with simple pain analgesia. With Cherie's help, I have come away not feeling any discomfort around the Psoas area that has plagued me for some time, and the Trapezius feels released. I was also able to purchase a balance and reharmonising spray that she has personally developed. I don't know how to thank Cherie enough. I only hope that other people will also have the confidence to try Cherie's healing methods to see if she can help them too."

"I have suffered from food intolerances for many years. While visiting Cherie, one day in September 2020, I mentioned that I had issues with food intolerances and jokingly asked her to get rid of them. At the time, I was intolerant to wheat, dairy and red meat. Eating wheat used to make my skin itch, gave me dandruff and caused me incredible stomach pain where I felt like I was being torn in half if I ate any products containing wheat. Dairy used to make me phlegmy and cause me to clear my throat and blow my nose continuously all day and red meat caused me constipation. Cherie used her meta-physical codes and frequency numbers that day and again during two other sessions. After the first session, I noticed that I could eat some wheat products with minimal discomfort. Eating bread still caused me distress. I choose not to eat red meat as part of my regular diet any more, but on the occasion that I did consume some, I did not suffer any ill effects. It wasn’t until the lead up to Christmas 2020 that I noticed that I was drinking dairy on a daily basis and eating wheat products and not suffering any effects at all – and my dandruff had gone. To test it, I made sure that I ate at least 2 slices of bread and drank at least 1 dairy drink each day for 10 days and did not suffer any side effects at all. I didn’t do anything else to eliminate my food intolerances (except for seeing Cherie) as I had long ago decided that the pain and discomfort caused by eating these foods was not worth the suffering."

"Overall the Spinal Essence Cleanse has helped me with releasing emotional stress and baggage. Before I used to just harp on certain situations and now I feel myself moving right past them when they arrive. On Sunday July 26th 2020, my hammock collapsed from underneath me and I landed on the edge of a concrete step, hurting my back and leg leaving me bruised and in excruciating pain. I visited Cherie Jackson on the Monday afternoon and she worked on releasing the pain I was feeling as well as other issues that she identified. Before visiting I would say my pain was 8/10 and walking was really painful. By the time that she finished working on me using her meta-physical coding and angel frequency numbers, the pain had decreased to about 6/10 within the hour. Upon waking on Tuesday morning my pain was a 1/10 and I was able to spend all day on my feet working without any issues. Before seeing Cherie I was sure that I was going to need a few days off work due to the pain.
