The more time you allow, the deeper we can go. Longer sessions may include one or more key techniques—such as Energy Knot Transformation, Deep Dive, Crystal Grid Healing, Past Life Forgiveness, or Soul Star Chakra Activation—if your body is ready and your Higher Self agrees. Lighter tools like Powerhouse Affirmations, Energetic Tattoos or Emotional Transformation may also be included to support your healing.

🪻 30-Minute Session: Focused Energy Healing for Clarity and Release
– A short but powerful session designed to create noticeable shifts in a short amount of time. Ideal for follow-up support or when focusing on a specific issue. We’ll work with your key healing codes and techniques to bring energetic release and restore balance. The energy continues to shift and integrate over the days follow, helping you move forward with greater clarity and empowerment.

🪻 45-60 Minute Session: Deeper Healing for Balance and Freedom – With more time, this session allows us to explore and uncover multiple layers of energetic imbalances and emotions.

The extra time also allows for the activation of one or two key techniques —combined with other lighter techniques—if your Holistic Body is ready. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more balanced and empowered, with renewed clarity and a deeper sense of connectedness.

🪻 90-Minute Session: Transformation Energy Healing for Empowerment and Lasting Change – Highly recommend for first-time clients, those new to energy healing or anyone ready for a more comprehensive experience. This longer session offers time to explain, reflect, and tune in while receiving deep healing. Guided by your Higher Self, more than one advanced technique can be activated—supporting powerful release, energetic clarity, emotional freedom, and lasting transformation.
