Who is Cherie Jackson?

I’m a Certified Energy Healer and the founder of Metaphysical Coding®, a transformative energy healing approach I’ve developed to empower others on their unique path to wellbeing. With a background in education and core training in the Global Energy Method, I specialise in guided subconscious work, partnering with your Higher Self to identify and transform energetic blocks while honouring your healing journey. This allows for deep, expansive healing without revisiting difficult memories, nurturing lasting change and renewed confidence.

Metaphysical Coding® taps into the body’s innate ability to heal, often reversing dis-ease processes and easing emotional and physical issues such as anxiety, phobias, trauma, and self-worth challenges. By working with your Higher Self, I enable the permanent release and transformation of trauma energies, creating profound psychological and physical changes that support sustained wellbeing.

Alongside one-on-one sessions, I host workshops to share Metaphysical Coding® techniques, equipping participants with practical tools to support their own healing journeys.

Yes, I've trained in the Global Energy Method. While GEM offers deep healing, I now focus on Metaphysical Coding® as it allows me to access and shift what's needed more quickly. The codes I channel work with your Higher Self, so I don't need to research every layer — allowing us to create deep shifts without needing to identify every single imbalance.

An energy knot forms when multiple emotional issues, beliefs or energetic imbalances become tangled together in your physical body, energy bodies or surrounding energy field. Yes, Metaphysical Coding® offers a unique approach to past life healing without requiring you to relive or emotionally experience past life trauma.

Unlike past life regression, where clients directly recall their own past lives, my technique allows me to connect to your past life experiences for you. I see, describe and clear any lingering energetic imprints, emotional wounds, or unresolved karmic ties—without you needing to feel the emotions associated with those experiences.

An energetic tattoo is a healing frequency code that I’m guided to energetically imprint/tattoo onto your energy field or physical body during a session. It’s not a physical tattoo, but a vibrational code that carries supportive, healing energy. Once placed, it continues to work behind the scenes — offering ongoing energetic alignment, balance and protection long after your session has ended. Each tattoo is unique, personalised to your needs and only used if your Higher Self guides it.

A Crystal Grid Activation is a healing technique where I intuitively create a crystal grid aligned with your personal healing goals — such as emotional balance, energetic protection or spiritual clarity. Each grid is uniquely designed using specific crystals and placements that hold powerful vibrational energy.

During your session, I channel the energy of this crystal grid into a personalised frequency code. In most cases, this energy is also energetically tattooed onto your energy field or physical body, allowing the healing energy of the grid to stay with you and continue working long after the session ends.

This process offers ongoing support, protection and alignment and is always guided by your Higher Self to ensure it's for your highest good.

Healing Codes are channelled vibrational frequencies in numerical form that act as a universal energy language. In Metaphysical Coding® (MPC), Healing Codes, Frequency Codes and Spiritual Coding are the same. These codes are personalised during an MPC® healing session and guided by your Higher Self for your highest good.

Absolutely! Metaphysical Coding® is just as powerful remotely as in-person. Energy healing works beyond physical space, so you can experience deep transformation from anywhere in the world.

Session lengths vary based on your healing needs and the depth of transformation required:

✔ Restore & Recharge Sessions – 30, 45, or 90 minutes (ideal for overall balance, energy clearing and renewal)

✔ Deep Dive Healing – 30 or 45 minutes (intensive healing, equivalent to multiple sessions in one)

For first-time clients, I highly recommend the 90-minute Restore & Recharge session, as it allows time to thoroughly explore and address your primary issues, ensuring a deeper healing experience and lasting transformation.

If these times don’t suit, please contact me—additional slots may be available for special circumstances or international clients.

Before your session:

Each person’s experience during a Metaphysical Coding® session is unique. Many clients feel lighter, more balanced and deeply at peace after a session. Over the next few days or weeks, you may notice:

✔ More clarity, confidence and emotional resilience

Each Metaphysical Coding® session provides powerful, lasting results, but the number of sessions needed depends on the depth of healing required.

✔ For minor issues, many clients feel significant change after just one session, with a follow-up recommended in 6–12 months to reinforce shifts and address any new issues that may arise.

✔ For deeply rooted imbalances, multiple sessions may be needed to achieve meaningful, lasting transformation. I generally recommend 3–5 sessions to fully clear layers of accumulated energetic blocks and create a strong foundation for healing.

Healing is a layered process and while each session works deeply, deeper-rooted patterns often require progressive clearing over time. Many clients notice ongoing shifts between sessions, as their energy continues to integrate changes beyond the session itself.

Each person’s experience during a Metaphysical Coding® session is unique. Some people report light sensations, tingling, ear popping or subtle shifts, while others may not feel anything immediately—yet still experience profound energetic changes in the hours or days that follow.

If you choose an email session (remote healing), you can continue with your daily activities while the healing takes place. A detailed session report will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours or by 5:00 pm WST the following day.

Many people feel lighter, clearer and more at ease after a Metaphysical Coding® session, and some even notice a reduction in physical pain. However, experiences vary, as each session is unique and the effects depend on the specific energetic changes made.

✔ Some people experience immediate relief and renewed energy ✔ Others go through an adjustment period as their body integrates the new energy shifts ✔ Temporary emotional ups and downs are a natural part of the healing process

During this processing phase, you may feel a mix of emotions as your energy realigns. This is a positive sign that deep transformation is taking place. To support your healing:

✔ Stay hydrated – Drink plenty of water to assist the energy flow ✔ Use your personalised support frequency code – This helps stabilise your energy and ease integration ✔ Allow for rest – Many clients feel tired or need a nap after a session, so giving yourself some "me time" can support the healing process

Each session continues working beyond the moment of healing, creating ongoing shifts in your energy field and Holistic body.

After a Metaphysical Coding® session, your body continues integrating the energetic shifts. About 20% of individuals find they need extra time to process, so it's important to listen to your body and be gentle with yourself.

✔ Take time to rest if needed – Relax with a book, take a short walk or have a nap. ✔ Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours – This helps maintain energy balance. ✔ Recite your personalised support statement or affirmations for 3–5 days to reinforce healing. ✔ Stay hydrated – Drinking plenty of water supports energetic integration.

Most clients can go about their day as usual, but if you feel tired or emotionally sensitive, allow yourself extra care.

As an Energy Healer and practitioner of Metaphysical Coding™ , I am not medically trained and therefore do not diagnose illnesses or medical conditions. My role is to support your wellbeing through energy healing techniques that can complement your overall health journey. If you have concerns about your health or specific symptoms, it’s important to consult with a qualified medical professional who can provide the appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

Your scheduled session is reserved specifically for you and is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule or transfer your booking to another person within 6 months of your originally scheduled time. Please notify us by 5:00 pm at least 48 hours before your session if you need to make any changes or cancellations. If we do not receive notice within this timeframe, the full session cost will apply.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible by texting 0497 999 191 or emailing info@metaphysicalcoding.com. I have a 48-hour cancellation policy, so any appointments changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur the full session charge.

If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to ensure the schedule for other clients remains on track. To experience the full benefits of your session, I recommend planning to arrive about five minutes early.

✔ For virtual sessions – Join the Zoom meeting 5–10 minutes early to allow time for any technical adjustments and ensure a smooth connection.

✔ For in-person sessions – Arrive about 5 minutes early to settle in and begin your session in a relaxed state.

This helps create an easeful transition into your healing session without feeling rushed.

Metaphysical Coding® energy healing sessions are available in-person, remotely, or via email, giving you flexibility no matter your location or schedule.

✔ Remote sessions (via Zoom or Messenger) – Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and fully receive the healing. ✔ In-person sessions – Available in Australind (near Bunbury), with occasional availability in Busselton and Perth.

✔ Email sessions – No participation required; healing is conducted remotely and a detailed session report will be sent within 24–48 hours.
