House & Land Energy Clearing Booking Policy To honour the time, preparation and clearing work involved in each house or land clearing, please note the following booking policy. Payments / Refunds All house and land energy clearings are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Once preparation or clearing work has begun, the session is considered used and cannot be rescheduled or transferred. Scheduling & Clearing Timeframe House and land clearings are performed remotely and may not always occur exactly at the scheduled booking time. Please allow 24–72 hours from the scheduled booking time for the clearing to be completed. You do not need to be home during the clearing and may continue your day as normal. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your clearing, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Rescheduled clearings must be completed within three months of the original booking date. Preparation and energetic connection work may begin prior to your scheduled booking time. Once preparation or clearing work has begun, the clearing is considered in progress and cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. Property Information For house or workplace clearings, a rough floor plan is helpful but not essential. For land clearings, an aerial image (such as Google Maps) of the property is required so I can connect more deeply with the space. Special Circumstances I understand that unexpected situations can arise. In special circumstances, rescheduling with less notice may be considered at my discretion.
