🌿 Single Session Healing Booking Policy To honour the time, energy, and care held for each individual session, please note the following: All healing sessions are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your appointment to another person. Please let me know before the scheduled session time so arrangements can be updated. If you need to reschedule or cancel, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. This allows your session time to be offered to someone else. Rescheduled sessions may be booked within six months of the original appointment date. I understand that unexpected situations can arise. In special circumstances, a reschedule with less notice may be considered at my discretion. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to honour the next client’s time. The full session fee still applies. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
