CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Process: Healing Session
At Metaphysical Coding with Cherie ABN 94 986 709 216, I value your time and commitment to your healing journey. The following cancellation policy applies to individual healing sessions, group healing sessions and special services (excluding workshops and courses).
Payments & Refunds
All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Preparation and energetic connection work may begin prior to your scheduled appointment time. Once preparation has begun, the session may be considered in progress and may not be cancelled, rescheduled or refunded.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
A maximum of two reschedules is permitted per booking.
Rescheduled sessions must be used within six (6) months of the original booking date.
Group healing sessions may be rescheduled once only and must be used within three (3) months of the original booking date.
I understand that extenuating circumstances can arise and may grant rescheduling at my discretion.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend your session, you may transfer your appointment to another person with a
minimum of 24 hours’ notice. The new person’s details must be provided so the booking can be updated.
If the transferred booking is for a person who has not previously attended a Metaphysical Coding session, the new person must complete the New Connection and Intake Form prior to the appointment.
The original booking holder remains responsible for the booking until the transfer has been confirmed and all required forms have been completed.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients who cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, do not attend their appointment, or exceed the reschedule limit may forfeit the session fee and may be required to pre-pay for future bookings.
Extenuating circumstances may be considered at the practitioner’s discretion.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to honour the next appointment time. The full session fee still applies.
Appointment Confirmation
Confirmation emails, text messages or reminders may be sent as a courtesy; however, it remains the client’s responsibility to attend their scheduled appointment regardless of whether a reminder is received. Clients are encouraged to record their appointment time when booking.

Cancellation Policy: One-Off Workshops
Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for workshops as no extensions will be granted for late arrivals. In case of non-attendance, no refunds will be provided.
Payment Details:
All workshop payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person with a notification of at least 24 hours prior to the workshop’s commencement.
If you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the workshop’s commencement and have a valid reason, you may choose to transfer the payment amount to a future course or workshop, or healing session offered by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie. The transferred payment must be used within 6 months from the workshop commencement date.
Cancellation Policy: Self-Healer Workshops & Payment Details
Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for workshops as no extensions will be granted for late arrivals. In case of non-attendance, no refunds will be provided.
Payment Details:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to work with you to ensure a positive experience. Please note that workshop payments are non-refundable, but if you provide a minimum of 48 hours notification prior to the commencement of the course, or 96 hours over a weekend, you may choose to transfer the payment amount to another course/workshop or healing session/s being offered by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie, which must be utilised within 6 months from the workshop commencement date. Please note, once you receive the course materials i.e., detailed workbook, transfer of funds will no longer be offered for cancellations plus no offer of transfer of payment to a future course or healing session will be issued for cancellations made less than the times stated.
Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your workshop registration to another person. In this situation. At least 24 hours notification is required to be received prior to the workshop commencement date. Please note that the newly elected student will be responsible for completing the Self-Healer Agreement Form prior to the commencement of the workshop.
Metaphysical Coding with Cherie understands that some unforeseen circumstances do arise, and therefore we may choose to transfer the payment amount to another course or healing session/s, less a $50.00 Administrative fee.

Cancellation Policy: Student Practitioner Courses /s & Workshop/s Payment Details

Cancellation Policy: We want to ensure that our courses provide you with the best experience possible, and therefore, we have developed the following policy:
Course Payments:

Please note that course payments for the 'Metaphysical Coding Core Course' are non-refundable. However, if you provide a minimum of 72 hours notification prior to the commencement of the course (96 hours over a weekend) and have a valid and acceptable reason (evidence may be required), you may transfer the payment to another course, workshop, or healing session offered by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie.

The transferred amount must be utilised within 6 months from the course/workshop commencement date for healing sessions or within 12 months from the course/workshop commencement date for future courses or workshops.
Transfer of Payment:
Please note that no transfer of payment to a future course or healing session will be issued for cancellations made less than the times stated above or if your course materials (i.e., detailed workbook) have been sent or online modules accessed.
Transfer to Another Person:
Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your core course registration to another person, provided you have not accessed the course materials.

A minimum of 5 days notification is preferred for this transfer prior to the commencement date of the course.

It is the new student's responsibility to ensure they understand muscle testing and/or programming a pendulum and have completed the free module teaching these skills if required.
Refunds:
At the discretion of Cherie Jackson and Metaphysical Coding with Cherie, a refund may be offered due to unforeseen circumstances (evidence is required), provided the student has not commenced the modules or accessed any course materials.
Therefore, at the discretion of Metaphysical Coding with Cherie, a refund may be offered, less a $50.00 administrative fee.
