CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Process: Healing Session

At Metaphysical Coding with Cherie ABN 94 986 709 216, we value our clients’ time and commitment to their healing journey. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy for our healing sessions.

Cancellation Process

All sessions are non-refundable

However, if you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, rescheduling is available, or the session may be transferred to another person.

Rescheduling must be booked within a 6-month period from the date of your original appointment.

Late Arrivals

No extension of time will be allocated for late arrivals or it will be left to the discretion of Metaphysical Coding with Cherie.

Cancellation Fee:

All sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellations made prior to 48 hours (72 hours over weekends) can be rescheduled to be utilised within 6 months from the original scheduled appointment session date, incurring no administrative fee.

Metaphysical Coding with Cherie understands that some unforeseen circumstances do arise and may choose to refund a payment, less a $15.00 administrative fee.

Refund Policy:

All sessions are non-refundable.

However, rescheduling within 6 months is available, and the session may be transferred to another person on the condition that adequate notification is received by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie at least 48 hours (72 hours including a weekend) prior to the scheduled appointment date and time.

Confirmation Policy:

As a courtesy, we send confirmation emails, texts, or calls for your scheduled appointment, but please note that these are not required. Ultimately, it is the clients’ responsibility to attend their appointments regardless of whether or not they receive a confirmation from Metaphysical Coding with Cherie. We strongly recommend that clients take note of their appointment time upon booking or scheduling and keep track of it on their calendar(s) to avoid any confusion or missed appointments.

Cancellation Policy: One-Off Workshops

Arrival Time:

Please arrive on time for workshops as no extensions will be granted for late arrivals. In case of non-attendance, no refunds will be provided.

Payment Details:

All workshop payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person with a notification of at least 24 hours prior to the workshop’s commencement.

If you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the workshop’s commencement and have a valid reason, you may choose to transfer the payment amount to a future course or workshop, or healing session offered by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie. The transferred payment must be used within 6 months from the workshop commencement date.

Cancellation Policy: Self-Healer Workshops & Payment Details

Arrival Time:

Please arrive on time for workshops as no extensions will be granted for late arrivals. In case of non-attendance, no refunds will be provided.

Payment Details:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to work with you to ensure a positive experience. Please note that workshop payments are non-refundable, but if you provide a minimum of 48 hours notification prior to the commencement of the course, or 96 hours over a weekend, you may choose to transfer the payment amount to another course/workshop or healing session/s being offered by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie, which must be utilised within 6 months from the workshop commencement date. Please note, once you receive the course materials i.e., detailed workbook, transfer of funds will no longer be offered for cancellations plus no offer of transfer of payment to a future course or healing session will be issued for cancellations made less than the times stated.

Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your workshop registration to another person. In this situation. At least 24 hours notification is required to be received prior to the workshop commencement date. Please note that the newly elected student will be responsible for completing the Self-Healer Agreement Form prior to the commencement of the workshop.

Metaphysical Coding with Cherie understands that some unforeseen circumstances do arise, and therefore we may choose to transfer the payment amount to another course or healing session/s, less a $50.00 Administrative fee.

Cancellation Policy: Student Practitioner Courses /s & Workshop/s Payment Details

Arrival Time:

Please arrive on time for workshops as no extensions will be granted for late arrivals. In case of non-attendance, no refunds will be provided.

Payment Details:

We want to ensure that our courses provide you with the best experience possible, and therefore, we have developed the following policy.

Please note that course payments i.e. 'Metaphysical Coding Core Course', are non-refundable. However, if you provide a minimum of 5 days notification prior to the commencement of the course, or 7 days over a weekend, cancellation and/or transfer of payment to another of courses/workshop or healing session/s being offered by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie is available. Please note that no offer of transfer of payment to a future course or healing session will be issued for cancellations made less than the times stated or if your course materials i.e., detailed workbook, have been sent or online modules accessed.

Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your core course registration to another person. In this situation at least 5 days notification is required to be received prior to the course commencement date. Please note that the newly elected student will still need to be screened via a short interview process (which is their responsibility to organise and be available for this interview) prior to being accepted (or refused) to see if they are a fit for the course. If it is a requirement, it will also be their responsibility to complete the pre-session online modules before the course commencement date. This process is at the discretion of Cherie Jackson and Metaphysical Coding with Cherie. If the suggested student is not accepted into the course, then you can elect to have your money transferred to a future course/workshop or healing session, being offered by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie, less an administration fee of $50.00, which must be utilised within 6 months from the workshop commencement date.
