✨ A 2-Hour Heart-Centred Workshop to Clear, Connect and Re-balance to Free the Heart and Lift the Soul
Join us for a deeply restorative experience designed to help you re-connect with your heart space, release emotional tension and raise your energetic vibration.
In the first hour, Cherie Jackson (creator of Metaphysical Coding®) will guide the group through her gentle yet powerful Aaniin technique—a healing process clearing emotional knots and trapped energies from the body, allowing your inner light to shine and your heart space to open. This work prepares your entire being to receive deeper healing.
The second hour invites you into a peaceful connecting follow-on journey led by Kat (Shanti Aum Yoga Western Australia), blending breath awareness, gentle movement with a sound meditation. This calming healing session supports inner clarity, balance and emotional release—bringing you home to your true self.
