"Healing Roadblocks: Understanding Pernicious Influences"

Updated: Oct 17

Have you ever heard of the term Pernicious Influence?

Do you know what a pernicious influence is?

Basically, a pernicious influence means having a harmful effect, especially in a gradual or subtle way.

Now there are six types of pernicious influences:

1. Excess Cold:

2. Excess Dampness:

3. Excess Dryness:

4. Excess Heat:

5. Excess Summer Heat:

6. Excess Wind:

Excess Cold:

If you have ever felt a chill or shiver, you may be experiencing an excess cold pernicious influence. Excess cold is an external cold that enters the body and causes biological and energetic changes.

For example, if you live in a colder climate, you may be exposed to excess cold regularly. Your body may have to work harder to regulate its temperature, causing strain on your system.

Excess Dampness:

This type of pernicious influence occurs when moisture from the environment enters the body, causing physiological and energetic changes. Excess dampness can result from various sources, including humidity from hot weather, rainfall, or dampness in the coastal breeze.

For instance, if you live in a place like Darwin, during the wet season, you may be exposed to high humidity and excess dampness. Or if you live in a city like Seattle with a lot of rainfall, you may experience excess dampness. Air conditioning units that introduce dampness into the home may also contribute to excess dampness.

Understanding Pernicious Influences: How Metaphysical Coding addresses imbalances caused by Excess Cold, Dampness, Dryness, Heat, Summer Heat, and Wind to restore inner peace and life balance

Excess Dryness:

This type of pernicious influence occurs when the environment is excessively dry, causing physical and energetic changes in the body. Dryness can result from exposure to arid climates or dry indoor environments with low humidity.

For instance, if you live in an arid region like the deserts of Australia or the southwestern United States, you may experience excess dryness. Spending extended periods in dry environments can cause the body to work harder to retain moisture, leading to stress and fatigue.

Excess Heat:

Excess heat occurs when the body is exposed to high temperatures, leading to biological and energetic changes. This can happen due to hot weather or exposure to high-temperature environments.

For example, if you live in a place like Phoenix, Arizona, during the summer, you may experience excess heat. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can cause the body to work harder to regulate its temperature, leading to stress and exhaustion.

Excess Summer Heat:

Excess summer heat is a type of pernicious influence that can happen in areas with high humidity and heat during the summer. This combination can lead to biological and energetic changes, leading to fatigue and dehydration.

For instance, if you live in a place like Miami, Florida, during the summer months, you may experience excess summer heat. Prolonged exposure to high humidity and heat can cause the body to work harder to regulate its temperature, leading to fatigue and dehydration.

Excess Wind:

Excess wind occurs when the body is exposed to high winds, leading to biological and energetic changes. This can happen due to exposure to high-wind environments or prolonged exposure to wind.

For example, if you live in a coastal area with strong winds, you may experience excess wind. Prolonged exposure to high winds can cause the body to work harder to regulate its temperature, leading to stress and exhaustion.

As you can see from these examples, pernicious influences are a part of life, and it can be challenging to avoid them entirely. However, being aware of them is beneficial as they may be responsible for any resistance to healing.

Understanding the type of pernicious influence you may be experiencing can help you take steps to mitigate its effects on your physical and energetic body.
