Untie Emotional Knots: A Heart-Centred Healing

If your heart feels tangled in old emotion or you’ve been carrying unspoken pain, this gentle 2-hour workshop is designed to help you let go and lift your soul. Think of it like removing an emotional backpack you didn’t even realise you were still carrying.
In the first hour, I’ll guide you through my signature Aaniin technique—a healing method designed to support and nurture your life force energy within you. It can bring emotional release, clarity, heightened intuition and a deep sense of reconnection with your true self. Many people feel lighter and a deep sense of reconnection with their true self after an Aaniin experience.
Then, with support from Kat from Shanti Aum Western Australia, you’ll move into a soothing sound meditation combined with breath and gentle movement. This helps integrate the shift, bringing clarity, peace and more aware and aligned with their heart space.
There’s no need to be flexible, spiritual, or into yoga—this workshop is open to all ages and bodies. No fitness activities are involved and you’re welcome to sit in a comfy chair or lie down on a cosy mattress for the entire session. Just come as you are, in loose, comfortable clothing and an open heart.
