When Did You Stop Feeling Like Yourself?
Have you ever stopped and wondered when you stopped feeling like yourself?
Not because of one major event, but because life slowly became busier and more demanding.
When was the last time you truly felt like yourself?
Not the version of you that gets through the day.
Not the version that keeps everyone else organised.
Not the version that says, "I'm fine" when you're really running on empty.
The real you.
The one who used to laugh more easily.
The one who felt excited about life.
The one who felt connected, confident and comfortable in their own skin.
For some people, the answer comes quickly.
For others, there’s a long silence.
And that silence often says more than words ever could.
Life Has a Way of Adding Layers

Most people don't wake up one morning and suddenly feel disconnected from themselves.
It happens gradually.
A difficult relationship.
The loss of a loved one.
Years of caring for children, parents or a partner.
Work pressures.
Health concerns.
Unexpected life challenges.
Disappointment.
Heartbreak.
Stress.
Grief.
Over time, these experiences can leave their mark.
We adapt.
We cope.
We keep moving forward because that's what life requires of us.
Yet somewhere along the way, many people lose touch with the person they used to be.
They still show up for everyone else.
They keep doing what needs to be done.
Yet underneath it all, they often feel tired, disconnected or like they're simply going through the motions.
They begin to feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected.
Not because there's something wrong with them.
But because they've been carrying more than they realise.
"I Don't Feel Like Myself Anymore"
This is one of the most common things I hear from people who come to see me.
Sometimes they can't quite explain it.
They might say:
"I feel flat."
"I feel lost."
"I don't know who I am anymore."
"I've lost my spark."
"I feel like I've spent years looking after everyone else."
"I just don't feel like myself."
Sometimes it's not that life is terrible.
On the surface, things may even look fine.
Yet something feels missing.
The joy isn't there like it used to be.
The excitement has faded.
You keep going, but you no longer feel fully connected to yourself.
Often, they've already tried many things.
They've read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Worked on themselves.
Kept pushing forward.
Yet something still feels unresolved beneath the surface.
As though a part of them is waiting to come home.
Maybe You're Carrying More Than You Realise
Many people assume they need fixing.
They believe they're doing something wrong because they can't seem to move past certain feelings, patterns or experiences.
But what if that's not the case?
What if your system has simply been holding onto emotional experiences, stress, grief or old patterns for far longer than it was ever meant to?
When emotional hurts from the past are still sitting beneath the surface, they don't just disappear because time passes.
They can continue influencing how we feel, respond to situations and move through life.
Sometimes they show up as anxiety.
Sometimes as self-doubt.
Sometimes as emotional heaviness.
Sometimes as feeling disconnected from yourself and the life you want to create.
My Perspective on Emotional Healing
As an intuitive energy healer and the creator of Metaphysical Coding®, I've seen firsthand how deeply emotional experiences can affect people.
Often, what people are carrying isn't visible on the outside.
They're functioning.
Working.
Supporting others.
Doing all the things they're expected to do.
Yet internally, they're exhausted.
Through Metaphysical Coding®, I work with personalised Healing Codes that are intuitively guided for each individual.
Rather than spending years trying to understand every layer intellectually, Healing Codes work directly with the emotional and energetic influences that may still be affecting how you feel today.
Many people tell me they begin to feel lighter, clearer and more like themselves again as these deeper layers begin to shift.
Not because they've become someone new.
But because they're reconnecting with the person they were all along.
Why Don't I Feel Like Myself Anymore?

Today, I invite you to pause for a moment and ask yourself:
When was the last time I truly felt like myself?
Not who you think you should be.
Not who everyone else needs you to be.
Just you.
And if the answer feels further away than you'd like, perhaps that's a sign it's time to turn some of that care, attention and energy back towards yourself.
It's My Time Now
This question is one of the reasons psychic medium Lisa Hayley and I created our upcoming workshop:
It's My Time Now
Many women spend years caring for everyone else.
Giving their time.
Their energy.
Their support.
Their love.
Until one day they realise they've slowly lost touch with themselves.
This workshop has been designed to help you reconnect with who you are beneath the stress, responsibilities and emotional weight life can sometimes place upon us.
Through self-reflection, healing, emotional release and supportive guidance, you'll be encouraged to reconnect with yourself in a safe and nurturing environment.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You don't need to be at breaking point.
You simply need to be open to giving yourself permission to become important in your own life again.
Because sometimes the greatest healing begins with a simple decision:
It's my time now.
Many women leave feeling lighter, clearer, more connected and more comfortable in their own skin.
Ready to Feel More Like Yourself Again?
If you've been feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected or not quite like yourself lately, know that you don't have to carry everything alone.
Whether through a healing session, personalised Healing Codes or joining us at It's My Time Now, support is available.
You don't have to have all the answers.
You don't need to know exactly where to start.
Sometimes the first step is simply recognising that you've been carrying more than you realise.
And that it's okay to choose yourself for a change.
Because the woman you've been missing may still be there, waiting beneath it all.
