Metaphysical Coding®
Core Practitioner Course
In order to obtain certification as a Metaphysical Coding Core Practitioner, students are required to complete the requirements of the Core Course Level.
NOTE: By submitting the booking form, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Student Agreement and Code of Ethics.
You (the student) agree to:

complete the four online monthly modules
-
attend the four monthly live support sessions (or watch the replays).

complete monthly practice of skills and revision.
-
demonstrate an understanding of the content.

demonstrate an understanding of the techniques for identifying & correcting energetic issues at the foundational core level.

complete all four modules and set monthly practice tasks.

after finishing the course modules, conduct practice hands-on sessions with volunteers and submit reports. You can use the provided report template or your own. Note: If you have prior experience in energy healing (e.g., Emotion Code, Body Code, Global Energy Method and others), complete a minimum of four 45-minute sessions with practice clients. If you have little to no prior experience, complete a minimum of eight 45-minute sessions with practice clients – a valuable opportunity to gain experience and enhance your skills.

on the completion of one or two practice sessions, submit your client reports to your Course Provider - Cherie Jackson - for feedback and to ensure you are on the right track.

certification requirements are expected to be fulfilled within 1 month after completing Module 4. understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances may arise. If you require additional time, you have up to 12 months from the start of Module 1 to complete all required modules. During this time, you will still have access to the course materials and replays of the live support sessions.

if you need more time beyond the 12-month period, a Course Re-enrolment is available for students seeking additional time to complete certification.

once you've completed your practice sessions, submit all session reports, including records for four/eight sessions. Additionally, schedule a brief 15-30 minute taster 'healing session' on Cherie Jackson, during which feedback will be provided.
Note: Metaphysical Coding Core Certification is a prerequisite for Level 2 Certification Metaphysical Coding.
If you desire to integrate or start a healing practice as a Metaphysical Coding® Practitioner, you must first have completed all of the above steps and received your Core Certification before being able to enjoy being a Metaphysical Coding® Core Practitioner and integrating these skills and codes with other healing modalities.
As a student who has enrolled to participate in the Metaphysical Coding Core Practitioner course, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
You (the student) understand and agree to:

You acknowledge that the information and experiences you may receive during the workshop course are not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological treatment. Therefore, under no circumstances should you discontinue prescribed medical treatment (including medication) without your medical professional's consent. Moreover, you must never advise a client or volunteer client to stop any medication.
2.
You understand that the concept of "energy healing" is a complex and multifaceted topic, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Therefore, it is essential to acknowledge that there are many different theories and ideas surrounding this subject. The information presented in this course is based on the perception and understanding of Cherie Jackson. You are encouraged to take the information presented and modify it to suit your beliefs, cultural background, and personal perception.

You understand and agree:
1: It is up to you as to what you get out of this course, it will take practice, for some individuals it is instant and easy, for others it takes time, determination and practice.
2: That the tutor/instructor will not be responsible for your learning and understanding of the course materials, Q&A sessions.
3: Intuition is not a requirement of this course as tools and charts are apart of the learning process and with time and experience, Your intuitive gifts will more than likely grow and expand.
4.
Intellectual Property: All materials provided to you during the workshop, including but not limited to course manuals, frequency codes, handouts, and videos, are the intellectual property of Metaphysical Coding with Cherie and may not be reproduced, distributed or shared without prior written permission. You agree not to sell or reproduce any part of the workshop content, either in its entirety or in part, for monetary gain or any other purpose without obtaining prior written permission from Metaphysical Coding with Cherie
5.
You will prioritise your volunteer client's safety during your training. I encourage practitioner students to consider obtaining 'Student Insurance' (IICT- International Institute for Complementary Therapists) for the duration of their training.
6.
You take full responsibility for your own actions and choices regarding the information and experiences you receive during your training. We do not accept liability for accidental injury or illness incurred to any person during their training or as a result of a student’s personal choice or actions after their training.
7.
You understand that certain criteria apply to the completion of coursework within the allocated course time. Metaphysical Coding with Cherie reserves the right to withhold certificates from those who do not complete the work to a reasonable standard within the allotted course time. Assistance is available via email for those who need it.
8.
You understand and agree that:

Metaphysical Coding with Cherie retains all exclusive rights to the course content, including but not limited to handouts, manuals, charts, tables, frequency codes, diagrams, healing techniques, video tutorials, audio, and instructional materials.

You are not allowed to copy or distribute any such materials, or teach any techniques without the written permission of Cherie Jackson from Metaphysical Coding with Cherie.

You are not allowed to sell or reproduce the whole or any part of the course content for money or content in any form without obtaining permission from Metaphysical Coding with Cherie.

You are not allowed to teach or demonstrate any part of Metaphysical Coding with Cherie visually, in writing, verbally, or by audio means to record any part of the training and study, except for personal learning.

You acknowledge that you are not permitted to receive monetary gain from the practice of Metaphysical Coding until you have completed and achieved your certification.

You understand that Metaphysical Coding® is a registered trademark of Cherie Jackson, and written permission must be requested for its use.
9.
You understand and agree that any student who is found to be in violation of the terms outlined above, including but not limited to; Copyright, 'Code of Ethics' (shown below); 'Core Certification Agreement' (shown above) and Enrolment Terms, will have their place terminated immediately, without refund or graduation.
10.
Metaphysical Coding with Cherie shall not be held liable in the event of an extreme and/or uncontrollable event, such as a global catastrophe or the sudden death of key operational staff, that may disrupt the completion of your course or result in the closure of Metaphysical Coding with Cherie. As such, Metaphysical Coding with Cherie and its staff shall not be obligated to reimburse any course fees paid or provide financial compensation of any kind.
You (the student) agree to the Code of Ethics
At Metaphysical Coding with Cherie, we are committed to providing our clients and students with the highest level of professionalism, safety, and integrity. We have established a strict Code of Ethics that all our students and practitioners must follow, to ensure the wellbeing and best interests of our clients and students are protected.
The integrity and best interests of our clients and students are taken very seriously. All Metaphysical Coding® students are required to agree that they will adhere to and implement the following code of ethics while in training and once qualified, as a means to maintain professionalism, safety and integrity in their own practice.
1. Commitment to Client’s Wellbeing: We commit to promoting the client’s well-being and to providing a service that is safe, respectful, and dignified.
2. Non-Discrimination: We provide services without discrimination of any kind, including race, gender, age, sexual orientation, or religion.
3. Practitioner-Client Relationship: We ensure the integrity of the practitioner-client relationship and conduct ourselves with honesty and respect. We will not engage in any behaviour that undermines this relationship.
4. Confidentiality: We protect client confidentiality and will not discuss or divulge identifying information about a client or their life without prior written consent. All client records and notes are kept confidential and securely stored.
5. Personal Boundaries: We respect personal boundaries and always act appropriately. We will never initiate any unwanted or inappropriate physical contact with a client.
6. Client Safety: Client safety is our top priority: We ensure that our working conditions and equipment (if relevant) are suitable and safe for use. We are always mindful of the client's physical, emotional, and psychological safety.
7. Professional Limitations: We only work within our realm of education, qualification, and experience, respecting our abilities and limitations.
8. Honesty and Integrity: We maintain honesty, transparency, fairness, and integrity in all business matters, including marketing, pricing, and self-promotion.
9. Compliance with Law and Professional Bodies: We exercise due care and diligence, working within the limitations of the law and our professional bodies.
10. Working with Minors: We will not work with a minor (a person under the age of 18 years) without the prior written consent of a parent, guardian, or carer. If require, your "Working with Children" card is always up to date.
11. No Exploitation of Clients: We will never take emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, mental (or other) advantage of a client.
12. Client Empowerment: We help empower clients by encouraging them to accept responsibility for their own healing.
13. Personal Conduct: We always bring our best self to the healing room: sober, present, and accepting.
14. No Medical Diagnoses or Claims: We will never diagnose, prescribe, claim, or imply to cure and will never give a guarantee of results.
15. Complementary Treatment: We always make sure clients are aware that Metaphysical Coding® is a complementary energy healing treatment, which is not meant to replace proper medical or psychological care. We will never recommend or suggest a client alter or cease any prescribed medications or treatments unless a licensed medical professional has instructed them to do so.
