Metaphysical Coding Core Practitioner/Self-Healer Course

There may be times when the Metaphysical Coding Core Practitioner or Self Healer Course does not meet your expectations. In these circumstances, I encourage you to let me know. I am committed to learning from your experiences as it will help me to continually improve the service I deliver.

Student Complaint Policy

Issues can be raised in person, over the telephone or via email. In order to activate the complaints procedure contained in this policy, a complaint must be made in writing. Metaphysical Coding with Cherie has a structured approach to resolving complaints.

   1.  Send Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with the service or course provided by me, you can lodge a complaint with me.

 

Please include in your complaint the following details:

 

  1. your name and contact details;

  2. the nature of the complaint;

  3. details of any steps you have already taken to resolve the complaint;

  4. details of conversations you may have had with us that may be relevant to your complaint and;

  5. copies of any documentation which may be relevant.

   2.  Evaluation

I will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and take note of what information you provide to me. This information will be taken into consideration by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie to deal with the complaint. I will do my utmost to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction within 10 working days. If I cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, we will escalate the matter and involve a secondary party, agreed to by both parties.

 

I am committed to resolving your complaint in a timely manner.

   3.  Records

Complaints and responses will be recorded and stored by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie in accordance with its Privacy Policy. They may be used in ongoing course and service improvement.

   4.  Response

I will keep in touch with you during the process. If you require support, please email info@metaphysicalcoding.com. Once I have finalised your complaint, I will advise you

of my findings and any action, I have taken.
