If this is your first session with me, I generally recommend allowing 90 minutes.
This gives us time to connect and explore what’s ready to shift, allowing the session to unfold without feeling rushed. Many women find this creates a deeper sense of clarity, direction and ease during their first experience.
That said, there’s no single “right” choice.
Some people prefer to begin with a shorter session and build from there and that’s perfectly okay too.
