General : Service Healing Sessions

By visiting this website, you agree to the terms specified below.

 

When you click on any booking link, or contact and schedule a session via other means, you agree with the following:

 

  1. Metaphysical Coding with Cherie ABN 94 986 709 216: 

  2. Practitioner: Cherie Jackson

  3. Client: A person who seeks assistance from the Practitioner, the individual receiving the session, or Carer for the person receiving the session, or a Surrogate/Proxy standing in for the person receiving the session.

 

You, the client, are receiving a session/s from Metaphysical Coding with Cherie

 

I/we use Metaphysical Coding®, Global Energy Method and other forms of energy healing to look for and release energetic blocks and imbalances from the body.

 

Sessions can be with an adult, or with individuals under 18 years of age, and for adults who cannot give consent, then consent must be granted by their carer. I request that a parent or carer be present during a session with individuals under the age of 18 years.

 

Sessions can be carried out either:

 

  1. In-person: Available from Australind W.A. 6233, address emailed within 48 hours or earlier of booking received. Monthly sessions are offered from Teddington Road Burswood, Perth

 

  1. Online video conference: Via Zoom, linked emailed within 24 hours of booking completed. When having trouble with Zoom’s internet connection, sessions are offered over Messenger or phone.

 

  1. Email Remote Session: This is where the session takes place without you so you can continue on with your day.  A report of this session is released via email.

 

Sessions vary in length, depending on the session type chosen, generally, sessions range from 45 to 60 minutes or up to 90 minutes. A Swift Release session is 20 minutes.

 

Sessions can be booked either by:

  1. Via the website contact form, requesting information. Here you can ask questions and then be directed to either book online or receive an invoice via PayPal or Square.

 

  1. Email info@metaphysicalcoding.com and request information. Again you can ask questions and then either book online via the website or receive an invoice via PayPal or Square.

 

  1. Messenger: Direct message Metaphysical Coding with Cherie via messenger. Here you can also ask questions, confirm which session and time you prefer then either book online or receive an invoice via PayPal or Square.

General Information:

  • Please note the suggestions, information, and energetic support provided on this website and through working with Cherie Jackson (practitioner) or Metaphysical Coding with Cherie are intended for personal growth and exploration only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, counseling, or psychological treatment.

  • The Practitioner retains the right to refuse service to any suspicious persons, those appearing to be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, or those appearing to have signs and symptoms of any illness or disorder that may contraindicate the service to be provided. Please be respectful of the health of others and reschedule if you are sick or have knowingly been in contact with any contagious conditions!

  • Confirmation texts, calls or emails are NOT required; but are provided as a courtesy when time allows.   Clients are responsible for attending their appointments regardless of confirmation from the practitioner or Metaphysical Coding with Cherie. Please properly record your session time on your calendar(s) upon booking or scheduling.

 

  • Clients are expected to attend their appointments regardless of confirmation from the practitioner or Metaphysical Coding with Cherie

  • Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice (72 hours over a weekend) of an appointment change or cancellation. Please notify Metaphysical Coding with Cherie, early as possible when needing to change or cancel an appointment and state the reason why.

 

  • Clients not showing up for a scheduled appointment, clients cancelling less than 48 hours before their session and clients cancelling more than two consecutive times without sufficient notice will be billed for the entire service and/or required to pre-pay in order to be rescheduled.

  • Online sessions: (Via Zoom, Messenger, Mobile or Email) Payments are to be made via credit card (PayPal or Square) at the time of booking or via Bank Transfer. It is the client’s responsibility to provide proof of payment via Bank Transfer prior to the commencement of an online appointment.

 

  • In-person sessions: Payments are preferred in cash, EFTPOS, credit card or via bank transfer. If using a Gift Certificate, proof of certificate must be shown at the time of service. The practitioner or Metaphysical Coding with Cherie is not obligated to keep a record of all gift certificates.

  • Full payment is encouraged at the time of booking a service, otherwise, full payment is due at the time of service and it is the client’s responsibility to verify that they have the proper amount of payment before the service begins.  All fees are subject to change.  A client should always verify prices before beginning a service. Failure to pay in full may result in legal charges and unpaid balances will be sent to collections.

  • Client’s requesting in-person sessions being conducted in Perth W.A.  will be invoiced via PayPal or Square and requested to pay a $50.00 deposit.  Perth session bookings will NOT be held or confirmed until the $50.00 deposit has been received. The balance of the service fee is due at the time of the appointment, and it is the client’s responsibility to verify that they have the proper amount of payment before the service begins. Balance of payments is preferred in cash, EFTPOS, credit card or bank transfer. If using a Gift Certificate, proof of certificate must be shown at the time of service. The practitioner or Metaphysical Coding with Cherie is not obligated to keep a record of all gift certificates.

  • All services/products purchased, including gift certificates, are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.

 

  • Minors under the age of 18 receiving a service must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.  No children are otherwise allowed during treatment sessions. The practitioner has a valid Working with Children Check.

 

  • Your practitioner and Metaphysical Coding with Cherie are not licensed medical doctors, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, family workers or social workers.  You are advised to seek and follow advice from your licensed doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist.  Information provided by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie is based on complementary therapy practitioner training and accreditation.

 

  • It is the client’s responsibility to remain on their medication or follow recommendations from a medical professional.

 

  • The client acknowledges that the practitioner and Metaphysical Coding with Cherie are not liable for any reaction the client may have resulting from an energy healing service healing received and from Metaphysical Coding with Cherie

 

  • Metaphysical Coding with Cherie will keep a record of your details, including session notes which are kept in a safe location.

 

  • Metaphysical Coding with Cherie cannot guarantee the security of third-party providers, such as messenger, chat platforms, email providers etc.

 

  • Metaphysical Coding with Cherie reserves the right to pass the information on to the relevant law enforcement agencies if requested by them, e.g., police and courts, etc, if  Metaphysical Coding with Cherie feels compelled to report potential harm to themself or others.

  • Clients take responsibility to make their session as relaxing as possible by turning off mobile phones and any other electronic devices. Clients must inform the practitioner of any special accommodations needed, clarifying all questions and concerns.

  • All clients must complete and sign all required forms before services can begin.

​

  • All clients must inform the facilitator at the start of every visit if they are under any new prescribed or over-the-counter medical treatments, either oral or topical, or have been diagnosed with any new illnesses or injuries.

 

  • Clients should agree to follow the practitioner’s recommendations for post-session care to achieve the best results.

 

  • The practitioner is not responsible for lost items or items left behind.

  • Any sexual advances, sounds, comments or innuendos, rude or violent behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises and will be reported to legal authorities

Feedback from current and past clients is provided to assist future clients in their decision-making. Feedback is optional and only made public with client consent. All testimonials on this website are true and correct. Any testimonials provided on this website and Metaphysical Coding with Cherie’s Facebook Business Page are the opinions of those providing them. The information provided in the testimonials is not to be relied upon to predict results in your specific situation. The results you experience will be dependent on many factors including but not limited to your level of personal responsibility, commitment, and abilities, in addition to those factors that you and/or the practitioner may not be able to anticipate.

Cancellation Policy

Energy Healing Sessions:

Please note that all sessions are non-refundable, however, if a minimum of 48 hours notification is provided, the session may be transferred to another person or rescheduling of the session is available but must be booked within a 6-month period from the date of the original appointment.

 

Metaphysical Coding with Cherie understands situations can arise in which you must reschedule or transfer your appointment. I request that you reschedule with adequate notice, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to fill that appointment slot.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late for an appointment may result in no extension of time being allocated, resulting in a shorter session at full price, and it will be left to the discretion of the practitioner or  Metaphysical Coding with Cherie.

Workshops & Courses

FOR ALL Metaphysical Coding® events, workshops, courses, and programs.

Helpful Information Before Enrolling in a workshop or course

​

 

Prerequisites – all workshops and courses.

 

Workshops and courses are all-inclusive, students of all nationalities, ages and gender are welcome, and in most cases, there are no prerequisites to attend or complete our workshops or the Metaphysical Coding Core Practitioner course. However, to enrol in the up-levelling Metaphysical Coding courses, students need to have enrolled, completed the required task and  graduated in the Metaphysical Coding Core Practitioner course.

Metaphysical Coding Core Practitioner Course.

 

Helpful information:

​

  • This course has been designed for both the novice and experienced Energy Healing Practitioner. 

​

  • There are no prerequisites to attend or complete the Metaphysical Coding Core Practitioner course though students are required to read and submit the Code of Ethics and Student Agreement prior to the commencement of the course.  This process is at the discretion of Cherie Jackson and Metaphysical Coding with Cherie.

​​

  • Note: Intuition is not a requirement of this course as students will be taught to program and use a bobber and/or pendulum plus different forms of muscle testing with various charts and tables to assist them to identify energetic imbalances. 

​​

  • In consideration of the student’s registration as an attendee of the Metaphysical Coding Core Practitioner course/workshops, the student will not

  1. Sell or reproduce the whole or any part of the course content for money or content in any form without obtaining permission from Metaphysical Coding with Cherie.

  2. Teach or demonstrate any part of Metaphysical Coding with Cherie and NOT visually, written from, verbally and/or by audio means record any part of the training and study except for personal learning.​

Course Payments and Transfers:

​

  • The course fee is non-refundable.

  • If you provide notification of at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of the course (only if materials have not been accessed), or 96 hours over a weekend period, and have a valid and acceptable reason (evidence may be required), you may transfer the payment amount to a future course/workshop or healing session/s offered by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie.

  • The transferred amount must be utilized within 6 months from the workshop commencement date.

  • At the discretion of Cherie Jackson and Metaphysical Coding with Cherie a refund may be offered due to unforeseen circumstances and the student has not commenced the modules or sighted any of the course materials. 

 

  • Postponement in Case of Extenuating Circumstances:

    • In the event of sickness or extreme circumstances, such as the passing of an immediate family member, you may choose to continue your course with the next group intake or postpone to another suitable date within 6 months.

    • Please notify us as soon as possible about your circumstances, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

 

  • Transfer of Core Course Registration:

    • You have the option to transfer your core course registration to another person (only if you have not accessed the course materials.

    • A minimum of 5 days notification is required for this transfer prior to the commencement date of the course.

    • It is the new students responsibility to ensure they understand about muscle testing and/or programming a pendulum and have completed the free module teaching these skills if required. 

 

  • Pre-session Online Modules:

    • If relevant to the transferred student, they will need to complete the pre-session online modules before the course commencement date.

 

Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change and are at the discretion of Metaphysical Coding with Cherie. Any updates will be communicated to you in a timely manner.

By enrolling in the course or workshop, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for further clarification.

  •  Recognition for prior learning (RPL) may be granted for the Metaphysical Coding Core Practitioner course to some students and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with a particular focus on Emotion Code/Body Code and Global Energy Method qualified practitioners. The maximum amount of RPL granted for this course is 30%​​.

​​

  • Please note that this course is currently not accredited but that Metaphysical Coding with Cherie is in the process of working toward the requirements by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists, to obtain accreditation. Metaphysical Coding with Cherie gives no guarantee that this process will be achieved. 

​​

  • If you desire to integrate or start a healing practice as a Metaphysical Coding® Practitioner, you must first have completed all of the course requirements and received your Core Certification before being able to enjoy being a Metaphysical Coding® Core Practitioner and integrating these skills with your own skills and other healing modalities.

​

  • Self-healers agree not to share the codes and techniques learnt on or with others for monetary gain and agree they can only use and apply the techniques, codes and skills learnt on themselves, family and close friends.

Practitioner Core Requirements:​

​​

  • Online students to completing and practice the online pre-session prior to the commencement of the course - here students learn how to program and practice using a pendulum plus learn a form of muscle testing that resonates with them. 

​

  • Attend each workshop/course session, either online or in person.

​

  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of the content and techniques taught.

​

  • Each student has 1 to 6 months to complete the required hands-on experience required (discussed during the interview process).

​

  • On completion of the required session portfolio, the student is required to book one short 15 - 30-minute session where they carry out a short demonstration healing session on the practitioner, and where feedback will be provided during and after the healing demonstration. 

​​

  • Please not that as part of the requirement to obtain Practitioner Core Metaphysical Coding Practitioner status, the student is required to book & receive 2 Metaphysical Coding® personal healing sessions prior to completing their core level obligations.

​

  • Before being able to enjoy being a Metaphysical Coding® Core Practitioner and integrating these skills with other healing modalities, you must first have completed all the course requirements and obligations plus received the Core Certification. Students may NOT seek monetary gain until they have achieved and received their Core Practitioner certification. 

​

 

Online: The course is hosted over 4 separate monthly sessions, approximately 2 to 4 hours per session. The time varies according to the student’s abilities, the number of questions, the time required to practice hands-on activities and the size of the group (maximum 20 students per course). If required, a fortnightly 'Q & A' session via Zoom will be offered.  On the completion of each Zoom session, students will be emailed the section of the workbook relevant to that session.  Prior to each live workshop session, it is the students responsibility to print off any relevant charts and tables from each module, ready for each session. 

 

Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL) – core practitioner

 

Recognition for prior learning (RPL) may be granted for the Metaphysical Coding Core Practitioner course to some students and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Students applying for RPL must provide evidence of their prior learning by providing certificates and a detailed summary of their prior experience and/or education The maximum amount of RPL granted for this course is 20%.

Cancellation Policy

Workshop and Payment Details

 

Workshop payments are non-refundable, however, if you provide notification of at least 5 days prior to the commencement of the course, you may transfer your workshop registration to another person. Or, if you provide a minimum of 48 hours notification prior to the commencement of the course, and you have a reasonable and valid reason, you may choose to transfer the payment amount to a future course/workshop or healing session/s being offered by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie, which must be utilized within 6 months from the workshop commencement date.

Core Metaphysical Coding & future Level 2 Course Payment Details

 

Course payments i.e.: 'Metaphysical Coding Core Course', are non-refundable, however, cancellation and/or transfer of payment to another of workshop or healing session/s being offered by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie is only applicable up to 72 hours prior to the commencement of the course, or 96 hours over a weekend, & transfer of payment to a future course or healing session cannot be issued for cancellations made less than the times stated. 

 

OR you may choose to transfer your core course registration to another person. In this situation  at least 5 days notification is required to be received prior to the course commencement date.  Please note that the newly elected student will need to be screened via a short interview process (which is their responsibility to organise and be available for this interview) prior to being accepted (or refused) to see if they are a fit for the course.  If it is a requirement, it will also be their responsibility to complete the pre-session online modules before the course commencement date. This process is at the discretion of Cherie Jackson and Metaphysical Coding with Cherie. If the suggested student is not accepted into the course, then you can elect to have your money transferred to a future course/workshop or healing session, being offered by Metaphysical Coding with Cherie, less an administration fee of $50.00, which must be utilized within 6 months from the workshop commencement date.
